The Yin Yang Center, close to the famous Vondelpark, has as a purpose to offer good an payable courses and therapy to a broad audience in a pleasant surrounding. Courses and treatments in the YYC are directed to restoring the natural balance of mind and body, or to preserve and develop it. This has the goal to make a person feel strong, healthy and content with her/himself and her/his life environment. We use an intercultural approach in our selection of course and treatment facilitators.

Because quality and depth are our trademark, we expect from our renters a good education (formal or informal) and valid communicative and entrepeneuric skills.

Our spaces are used with pleasure by teachers from over the globe, among whom Tibetan Lama's, Chinese Daoist Masters, American Psychotherapists ang magicians, Jewish Rabbi's English Druids, Berber Cabbalists etc.

Functional Colleagiality

Therapists work in our center on an independent basis, although exchange with other therapists from the Yin Yang Center is possible and often wished for. Intercolleagial exchange is encouraged, but not enforced. The exchange can be to come to a combined therapy or just for advise. This makes it also interesting for starting therapists to start-up their practice. If wished for intense coaching is possible in mutual agreement. Next to this there is possibillity for joint mailing open days, publicity through the website etc.

The Yin Yang Center has several options for therapeutic space that are most suitable for individual treatments. The spaces vary between 20-40 m2 against a variable rate depending on the amount of hours you want to use the space.

Teaching Rooms

Ideal for groups, a variety of courses, workshops and meetings. We have the use of three teaching rooms.

Mindroom, has a solid rooting in the earth. She is popular for lecture like courses, meetings, discussiongroups. The surface is about 45m2, The decoration is warm white and soft tone red carpet, chinese style tables, folding chairs, whiteboard, tv, video, dvd player. The rent follows a variable rate depending on the amount of hours you want to use the space.

Earthroom, has a solid rooting in the earth. She is popular for Yoga, meditation, Satsangs, story telling, sometimes for counseling. The surface is about 45m2, The decoration is warm white, earth colours wall paintings and soft tone red-orange carpet, yoga mats, cushens, sound system. The rent follows a variable rate depending on the amount of hours you want to use the space. it connects with a Daoist meditation temple cavity which is commonly closed but will eventually be opened for the public. Skyroom, is on streetlevel and is connected with the garden of the center. It has a floating wooden floor, some pillars in the room that separate the space in playfull light and form aspects. A mirrorwall is present that can be taken from view by a curtain. Every lamp can be switched on or of at will. The room is popular for qigong and energetic bodywork, healthsports and so on, movement techniques, meditation, yoga, dance and theater practice groups. The surface is about 65m2, sound installation, rubber mats, cushens and some blankets are presents. The rent follows a variable rate depending on the amount of hours you want to use the space.

Use of the spaces is including kichen facillities at the entrance.
