Classes and Courses

We provide classes in many different types of healthy sports; on the agenda you find our weekly schedule. Drop in for a trial calls, if you want, for experiencing a method is the best explanation there is. If you want personal advise as to what is the best method for you, then give us a call or e-mail us for more information. If you want we can even do a short diagnosis to see if the method of your choice is the best one for you.

We do classes in Qigong, Meditation, Wudang fitness, Wudang breath yoga, Taiji, Taiyi and Baguazhang and Daoist self massage. All our classes are traught by qualified teachers or instructors who can make sure that you get the best out of each method. And besides: It's fun!!!

You can also choose for a personal training trajectory. In that case the "Open court" classes are ideal. For a whole day (or a half day, if you want) you come and train at our centre under the guidance and monitoring of one of the teachers. You decide what you want to train. This can be a method, but also a goal you have set yourself, like getting stronger or getting less emotional, or being able to say no. Contact us to discuss the possibilities and together we can make a plan for you to reach what you have set out to reach.
